Vinous - Score: 88 (2019 September)

bottle courtesy of my own cellar. It has an attractive if not captivating bouquet of marmalade and apricot scents that do not quite possess the delineation of the best vintages. At 20 years, the palate remains fresh, offering orange peel and pineapple chunks and strong mandarin notes toward the finish. Yet overall this lacks pizzazz and feels rather workmanlike.
